Led by Ir. Andi Iswanto, CV. Rancang Persada was founded on Petemon III Street Surabaya on October 15, 1997, marking the genesis of our lifelong commitment to engineering consultancy.

During the profound economic contraction following the monetary crisis, the Indonesian consulting and construction sectors faced immense challenges. Yet, CV. Rancang Persada earned increasing trust and proved its resilience. Grounded in unwavering ethics and dedication, the company restructured its Articles of Association on August 24, 1999 to secure sustainable growth.

National Footprint & Expansion.

2007

Project assignments became increasingly prestigious, spanning major islands across Indonesia from Sumatra to Papua with outstanding track records. Following an extraordinary general meeting under Notarial Deed Maria Baroroh, SH No. 20 (Nov 27, 2007), the company upgraded its consulting qualification to Class 'Besar' (Large Scale) and relocated to Ketintang Baru IVB/16 Surabaya.

PT. RANCANG PERSADA continued its expansion and maturation. In full compliance with national statutory frameworks, the company updated its legal structure and corporate premises under Notarial Deed Iwan Saleh Irawan, SH No. 09 (2019) at Jemursari Regency Blok B No. 38 Surabaya to empower operational agility and institutional compliance.

Restructuring & Modern Headquarters.

2021

PT. RANCANG PERSADA implemented boardroom restructuring and updated its corporate statutes via Notarial Deed No. 02 on December 1, 2021 by Notary Iwan Saleh Irawan, SH. This milestone empowered dynamic leadership and established the independent corporate headquarters at Ketintang Baru II Kav. 45 Surabaya.
